You will need the following to complete the application:
-The names, Social Security numbers, and dates of birth of all applicants that will sign/guarantee the lease.
-The residential history for the last two years of all applicants that will sign the lease.
-The employment/income history for the last two years of all applicants that will sign the lease.
-The names, Social Security numbers, and dates of birth of all occupants that will not sign the lease.
-A valid credit card belonging to one of the applicants. The fee is $20 for each prospective leaseholder/guarantor.
